Continental US Orders
All orders made for delivery within the continental US will ship via UPS and the Shipping cost is listed for each item. When you check out the price shows the adjusted amount with shipping included for your US based order.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Outside the US
For shipments outside the continental US, please contact us and we will get you an shipping total. Please include your Name, Full mailing address, item, quantity, and email address.

Payment
Through our store we are able to accept Paypal or Credit Cards. All prices are in US funds.

Returns
In the event any portion of your kit is unsatisfactory please let us know so we may address such problems right away. Phil McCracken Models will accept returns for a Full Refund, excluding shipping costs, any kit we sell within 7 days of your receiving the kit. If you do not contact us within those 7 days you will not receive a refund. Models must be returned complete, unaltered, and in its original packaging. Phil McCracken Models reserves the right to refuse a return if we feel it has been altered in any way from its original form.
